June is here! Can you believe it? This is the FIRST year that I am finished with school before June 1st! It is SUPER weird and fabulous all at the same time! Since it is June 1st, I am linking up with Farley for the June Currently.
Listening: We were listening to the news. It was the first time I sat down on the couch all day. We were out kayaking on the lake and it felt great to just sit and relax.
LOVING: Sweet summertime! That is the truth! I have NEVER been able to not work for the summer. I have only been on break for 1 week, but it has been amazing! I have plenty of things I need to do or want to do, but knowing I can do them on my time is amazing!
Thinking: I have a summer to do list (see my last post) and I know thinking about what I want to do on that list tomorrow, while remembering it will all get done at some point!
Wanting: I don't know about you, but we have had awesome weather. Every single day has been sunny and warm, but not too hot! If it could be like this all summer, I would be in heaven!
Needing: To head to the library! I LOVE reading and during the summer I read constantly. I have already read two books and a short story. I need to head to the library tomorrow to grab some new books so that I do not spend all of my money this summer on books!
Summer Bucket List: I know, I know. A bucket list is supposed to be more exciting or extravagant, but this summer is my first to really do NOTHING! So, that is why my bucket list consists of relaxing (mostly at the pool), reading (again a form of relaxation), and exercising (another stress reliever). I can already tell you that it feels as though the school year ended a LONG time ago and that is because I have mostly been doing those three things!! :) Happy Summer Vacation to me!
Happy June!
My to do list for this summer is pretty long too! So many things to get done... yet the time still seems to disappear!! I love your blog! I am a new follower (thanks to the Farley). I just started my blog this morning!!! :)

DeleteYour blog is ADORABLE!!! I love it! I hope you have a wonderful summer. I still have 24 days. Are you reading children's literature or "real people" books? What is your favorite?

I am reading "real people" books! I am reading a little children's lit for some projects on TpT and a little kiddo I am tutoring, however, mostly I am reading some regular novels. I went to the library today and grabbed a whole stack of novels, plus one teaching book about Close Reads. I really love to read anything! I'm not all that picky as long as it keeps me interested! Thanks for stopping by! :)
