I am linking up with Sugar and Spice for Wordless Wednesday. It's that time of year. Three weeks from today my little kiddos will be walking through the door. It is HARD to believe that summer is almost, but not yet, over.
I went into my classroom for about two hours yesterday. I had a plan. HAD a plan. I didn't do my bulletin boards. Those are what I always start with. Those were on my plan. Instead I arranged my little area and got my computer set up, etc. I still have things to hang up, the bulletin board is not ready, and my kidney table has things all over it, BUT I have started.
When you go back, do you have a plan or do you wing it when you get into your room?
I never know where to start. I have huge mess right now.

I usually have a plan! One thing I almost always do is finish one thing completely before I start the next thing. Sometimes it means multiple trips to laminate something or cut out letters, but I can't stand having little piles everywhere. My plan today is to cover the feet on the stools in my lab and put up bulletin board covers for the hallway boards. Have fun!

Teachers Are Terrific!
I usually have a plan, but then I get distracted. I find when I start to create new piles all over the room and make more of a mess, I make a big to-do list on the whiteboard, and then just pick something to start with and go from there. I do like to cross things off of a list, and that helps a lot!

I usually have a plan, but I tend to not follow it. I get distracted by something I see and a new project gets started.

A Very Curious Class
Your room looks adorable! I always go into my classroom with piles of stuff and feel like I am going to get so much done...and then I end up sitting and staring trying to figure out where to begin. Perhaps I SHOULD set a plan this year! LOL! Best of luck! :)
